When you send a quote request or message, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the products you're interested in and anything you write in your message.

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Your quote list is stored only in your own browser until you send it.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, process orders and keep a record of our trading relationship. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing without your consent.

Your enquiry is delivered to us by an email service provider. We share details with couriers only when needed to deliver your order. Each provider handles your information securely and only for that purpose.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our normal business and tax records, then delete them.
